How long does bathroom tiling take?

Do you handle waterproofing, or do I need a separate tradesperson?
We handle waterproofing as part of every bathroom tiling job. All wet areas are waterproofed to Australian Standard AS 3740 before any tiles are laid — so you won’t need to coordinate a separate contractor for that stage.
Can I supply my own tiles?
Yes. We’re happy to work with tiles you’ve already selected or purchased. If you’d prefer, we can also source tiles through our supplier network and advise on what works best for your space. Either way, we’ll review your tiles before the job starts to confirm suitability.
How do I prepare for a bathroom tiling job?
We’ll walk you through exactly what’s needed before we start. Generally, the bathroom should be cleared of personal items and accessible for the duration of the project. If demolition or removal of existing tiles is required, we’ll include that in the scope and advise you in advance.
Can you tile over existing bathroom tiles?
In some cases, yes — but it depends on the condition of the existing tiles, the substrate beneath, and any height restrictions. We assess this during the quoting process and recommend the approach that gives the best long-term result, not just the quickest one.
Do you work on renovations as well as new builds?
Yes — renovations make up a significant part of our work. Whether you’re refreshing a dated bathroom or undertaking a full gut and retile, we’ll assess the existing conditions and give you an honest picture of what’s involved before any work begins.
